A Korean soju OEM manufacturing program starts from a buyer brief — market, target shelf price, volume forecast, flavor or ABV preference — and turns it into a finished, export-ready SKU. With K-Beverage Partners, that scope includes liquid R&D coordination, ABV tuning for the destination market, glass bottle selection, label artwork or design support, secondary and master-carton packaging, and the full export pack.
For overseas buyers this matters because Korean soju production has historically been a three-vendor problem: a distillery for the liquid, a bottler for the packaging, and a trading house for the export paperwork. Categories we coordinate under OEM.
Fruit soju is the most-requested category for new overseas launches: strawberry, peach, green grape, yuzu, apple, lychee, plum, mango, watermelon and pineapple can be scoped from stock libraries or custom development briefs. Bottle programs are separated into green glass soju bottles and clear glass soju bottles in 360/375ml, plus a separate 750ml soju bottle line for larger-format programs.
RTD programs are limited to clear glass bottle formats for this project. We coordinate sugar-controlled, real-juice and carbonated variants within the same export workflow. Brown bottle imagery is excluded from the current scope.
Compliance, export, and how shipments leave Korea.
Production facilities are selected by project requirements and destination-market documentation needs. HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, EU, Halal and Korea-origin requirements are confirmed per project before production is locked. Sample lab data and COA are scoped with each approved batch.
Containers typically leave from Busan port. FOB Busan is standard; CIF, EXW and DDP are available on request. Export documentation — HS coding, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading — is coordinated by the project desk with the buyer's freight forwarder.

- MOQ is set per product type, format and destination market. Pilot volumes are available for first-time buyers — we scope it once we see the brief. Container-scale programs are standard for established distributors.
- Can I bring my own brand and label design?
- Yes. Buyers either provide finished artwork (we run market-specific compliance review) or commission our in-house design team. Multilingual labels and destination-market regulatory copy are handled as part of the workflow.
- How long does sample development take?
- Typical liquid sample turnaround is 4–6 weeks from approved spec, including two free revision cycles. Labels and dieline mockups run in parallel. Lab data and COA are included with each sample.
- Do you handle export documentation?
- Yes — HS coding, Certificate of Origin, COA, MSDS, label compliance review and freight forwarding coordination are handled in-house from Cheongju. Buyers receive one documentation pack per shipment.
- Can you produce halal or sugar-free Korean soju?
- Yes — halal-compliant production runs are available on request, and most fruit soju and RTD recipes can be adapted to low-sugar or sugar-free profiles for target markets.
