- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Our minimum commercial order is one full container (1 FCL), with mixed-SKU loading accepted (up to 4 SKUs). We do not run small-batch or pilot programs.
- How long does sample development take?
- Typical sample lead time is 4–6 weeks after the basic spec is approved. Two revision rounds are included.
- Do you provide export documentation?
- Yes. HS code, Certificate of Origin, COA, label copy review and freight-forwarder contact can be handled in-house.
- Can I use my own brand label and design?
- Yes. You can send finished artwork, or ask our design team to prepare a draft. We check market-specific label copy.
- Are samples free?
- Sample development begins after commercial qualification. Stock-formula samples are usually free for qualified buyers; custom liquid work requires a development fee, credited against the first production order.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. Buyer briefs are treated as confidential, and we can counter-sign an NDA before detailed spec exchange.
- What Incoterms do you support?
- FOB Busan is standard. CIF, EXW and DDP can be discussed by project.
- Can you produce low-sugar or sugar-free formulations?
